Ordering

How do I find the right part number?

Use the search bar at the top of any page. Search supports OEM part numbers, aftermarket cross-references, and free-text by category or machine model.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout is supported. Creating an account makes it easier to track repeat orders and re-order common parts.

Can I get a quote before paying?

Yes. For pallet-size orders or non-listed items, request a quote on the contact page. We typically reply within one business day.

Fitment

The product page lists a fitment range — is my model guaranteed to match?

The fitment list is our best reference based on the OEM cross-references. Always verify against your machine's serial number and the OEM part number stamped on the existing component.

Can I send you the OEM number for confirmation?

Yes — use the contact page and include the OEM number plus your machine model and serial. We'll reply with confirmation or an alternative listing.

Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. Restrictions may apply to certain destinations or to large hydraulic and battery items. Check at checkout — if your country isn't listed, contact us for a manual quote.

How long does delivery take?

Express courier: 3–7 business days. Air freight: 5–10 business days. Sea freight: 25–45 days. Detailed breakdown is on the Shipping Policy page.

Are duties and taxes included?

No. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are paid by the receiver and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.

After Sale

What if the part doesn't fit?

You have 30 days to request a return. See the Returns Policy for the step-by-step process.

How do I track my order?

For account holders: My Account → Orders. For guests: use the order lookup form. A tracking number is also emailed once the carrier picks the parcel.

Do you offer a warranty?

Most components carry a 6-month aftermarket warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear or damage from improper installation.
