Shipping & Delivery

How your order moves from our warehouse to your workshop

We dispatch from regional warehouses by air, sea, and express courier. Lead times depend on the part category, weight, and your destination. Below is what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders confirmed before 14:00 (GMT+8) are typically prepared the same business day. Bulky or palletized items may require an additional 1–2 business days for crating and freight booking.

Shipping Methods

  • Express courier — DHL / FedEx / UPS, 3–7 business days for most destinations. Best for small/urgent parts.
  • Air freight — door-to-airport, 5–10 business days. Suitable for medium weights and bulky items.
  • Sea freight (LCL/FCL) — 25–45 days transit. Cost-effective for full pallets and heavy castings.

Costs & Duties

Shipping cost is calculated by weight, dimensions, and destination. The figure shown at checkout covers carriage to your address. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the receiver and are not included.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once the carrier picks up the parcel. You can also view shipment status in My Account → Orders. For guest orders, use the order lookup form.

Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect the parcel on arrival. If the carton shows damage or the contents are short:

  1. Photograph the packaging and the affected items before unpacking further.
  2. Note the issue on the carrier's delivery slip if possible.
  3. Report to us within 7 days of delivery via the contact page with order number, photos, and a brief description.
