Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The earlier the request, the easier we can authorise a free or discounted reverse-shipping option.
Eligible Items
Returns are accepted when the part is:
- Unused and in original packaging.
- Free of installation marks, scratches, paint transfer or fluid contact.
- Accompanied by the original part number tag and any included documentation.
Return Process
- Open a return request via the contact page with your order number and photos of the part.
- We'll reply with an RMA reference and the correct return address (regional warehouse).
- Pack the part securely. Attach the RMA reference to the outside of the carton.
- Ship via a tracked carrier and send us the tracking number.
Do not return parts without an RMA reference — unmarked parcels can't be matched to an order and are held in a backlog.
Refund Timing
Once the part is received and inspected (typically 2–3 business days), the refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank settlement usually takes a further 3–7 business days depending on your card issuer.
Exceptions
- Custom-cut or made-to-order parts — generally non-returnable.
- Electrical components that have been wired into a system — non-returnable for safety/warranty reasons.
- Seals, gaskets and consumables — only accepted in unopened original packaging.
