By accessing and using the RABROPAR website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user.
  • Transmitting obscene or offensive content.
  • Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
  • Using automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the website without authorization.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or user accounts.

3. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

Note: Prices displayed are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

RABROPAR ships heavy equipment and machinery parts from our distribution centers in Houston, TX and Los Angeles, CA. We partner with FedEx, UPS, and specialized freight carriers.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $99. Orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $9.95.

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Domestic Shipping Options

  • Standard Ground (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $99; $9.95 for orders under $99.
  • Expedited (2–3 business days): $19.95 flat rate for orders under 50 lbs.
  • Overnight (Next business day): Starting at $39.95, calculated based on weight and dimensions.
  • Freight / Oversized: For items exceeding 150 lbs, freight rates are calculated at checkout. Typical delivery: 5–10 business days.

4. International Shipping

We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Canada: 7–14 business days.
  • Mexico: 10–18 business days.
  • Europe & UK: 10–20 business days.
  • Asia-Pacific: 14–28 business days.
  • Other Regions: 14–35 business days depending on destination.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. For lost shipments, contact us after 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international).

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and documentation intact.

Important: Parts that have been installed, used, or modified in any way are not eligible for return. Electrical components, sealed units, and custom-ordered parts are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components (ECU modules, sensors, wiring harnesses) — unless defective upon receipt.
  • Sealed units (turbochargers, hydraulic pumps, injectors) — unless unopened in original packaging.
  • Custom or special-order parts manufactured to your specifications.
  • Fluids, lubricants, and chemical products once opened.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Log into your account and navigate to "My Orders."
  • Step 2: Select the order and click "Request Return."
  • Step 3: Select the reason for return and upload photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Step 4: Receive an RMA number and prepaid shipping label via email within 1–2 business days.
  • Step 5: Pack the item securely in original packaging and drop off at the designated carrier location.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you within 3–5 business days. If approved:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Store Credit: Available immediately upon approval.
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for late returns or items missing original packaging (subject to up to 20% restocking fee).

5. Restocking Fees

  • 15% restocking fee for returns of non-defective items after 14 days from delivery.
  • 20% restocking fee for items returned without original packaging.
  • 25% restocking fee for items returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion).

Restocking fees are waived for defective products or items incorrectly shipped by RABROPAR.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

RABROPAR warrants that all products sold through our website are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty periods specified below:

  • Engine & Drivetrain Components: 24 months / unlimited miles from the date of purchase.
  • Transmission & Hydraulic Parts: 18 months from the date of purchase.
  • Electrical Components: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Brake, Suspension & Steering: 18 months from the date of purchase.
  • Cab, Body & Cooling Parts: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Filters, Fluids & Consumables: 6 months from the date of purchase (unopened only).
Dealer Warranty: Authorized RABROPAR dealers receive extended warranty coverage of 36 months on all qualifying products. Contact your account manager for details.

2. What This Warranty Covers

  • Premature wear or failure under normal operating conditions.
  • Manufacturing defects in materials, casting, machining, or assembly.
  • Dimensional inaccuracies that prevent proper fitment when the correct vehicle/application was specified at time of purchase.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Improper installation, including incorrect torque specifications, misalignment, or use of incorrect tools.
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or operation outside the manufacturer's specified parameters.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Modification, alteration, or repair by unauthorized parties.
  • Environmental damage from chemical exposure, flood, or fire.
  • Lack of proper maintenance as specified in the original equipment manufacturer's service manual.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

  • Step 1: Contact our Warranty Department at warranty@rabropar.com or call 1-800-RABROPAR.
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, product part number, and a detailed description of the defect.
  • Step 3: Submit supporting evidence: clear photos of the defect, installation records, and maintenance logs.
  • Step 4: Our team will review your claim within 5–7 business days and provide an RMA number if approved.
  • Step 5: Ship the defective product to our warranty center using the provided shipping label.

5. Warranty Remedies

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Replacement: Ship an identical or equivalent replacement product at no charge, including free shipping.
  • Refund: Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Provide store credit for the full purchase price, valid for 12 months.
